Return and Refund
Return Cost
In the case of damaged or defective products, the cost of return is borne by the seller.
If the customer returns or exchanges the product for another product using the right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the product is borne by the consumer.
The returned package must contain:
- the original packaging,
- the product that is the subject of the complaint,
- the completed withdrawal form.
Please do not write on the packaging.

Processing the withdrawal
The processing of the return takes 8-10 weeks, the result of which we will notify our customer by email.
