Setdesign Díszletgyár Ltd. offers a 12-month guarantee on its products, valid from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover wear and tear resulting from natural use of the product. Furniture made from natural materials may show signs of deterioration over time, which may affect the colour of the product and changes in the material as a result of natural wear and tear.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from faulty assembly, damage resulting from improper use, wear and tear due to normal wear and tear, damage resulting from the use of inappropriate cleaning products or cleaning procedures, or damage caused by use other than normal use.
The products are intended for indoor use only, except where otherwise indicated on the packaging or in the product description.
The guarantee does not cover indirect or consequential damage.
The original invoice, or a copy of it, is required to validate the warranty claim. In its absence, the warranty claim cannot be validated.
The turnaround time for warranty repairs is 15 working days, which can be extended only if the lead time for ordering the part required for the warranty repair justifies it.
In all cases, the cost of returning a defective product resulting from non- manufacturing is borne by the customer.
